At E-Education India, we strive to provide affordable and accessible digital education to all learners. Since our products are 100% digital (courses, tests, certificates), we maintain a strict but fair refund policy to ensure transparency and security for both users and the platform.
???? Refund Eligibility
- Refund is applicable only within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase/enrolment.
- Refund will be granted only if the user has not completed the course/test or has faced a genuine technical issue preventing access.
- If course content has already been accessed or downloaded, or the certificate is already issued, refund will not be possible.
Note: Most learners begin accessing digital materials immediately after purchase, hence refunds are time-bound.
❌ Refund Not Applicable In These Cases
- Refund request after 5 days from the date of purchase.
- Course already started or test already attempted.
- Certificate already issued or process initiated.
- User changes mind or no longer wants to pursue the course.
- Claims based on misunderstanding of course content (please read course info carefully before enrolling).

If you are eligible and within the 5-day window:

- Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Since all content and access is delivered digitally and instantly, order cancellations are not possible after payment. Please read all course details carefully before purchasing.
⚠️ Abuse of Refund Policy
Users found misusing or attempting to exploit the refund process (e.g., repeated enroll-refund pattern) may face:
- Account suspension or permanent ban
- Ineligibility for future refunds
- Legal action in case of fraudulent claims
